A wine that changed everything. Sylvaner Elis was the first natural wine bottled at our winery in 2014. It was never the easiest or most convenient wine. A wine for explorers who seek the raw, untamed in wine. A wine with character.
Our oldest vineyard, 80-year-old Sylvaner vines on sandy and gravelly soil, deep and well-drained. Susceptible to warm years, rewarding in cool ones. 300 bottles per year.
